We had a fantastic stay in Rome at this lovely home. The neighborhood is high energy with tons of good restaurants and walkable to many things. Hosts were incredibly responsive, proactive and knowledgeable. We appreciated their tips, and proactive conversations around little things we needed to learn in the home. Home was really cool, reminded us of a flat in NYC Soho. There's a lot of open space in the apartment which we really enjoyed after long days sight seeing. It feels like a historic and unique place. Bonus- 2 amazing restaurants right below the building for those nights you feel like staying in. Thank You for everything!

Could not imagine a better airbnb! Everything was perfect Great location if your looking for bars & a good night out. Beds were very very comfortable. Very spacious apartment. Cant think of anything id change And the hosts were very very friendly & helped with everything

This was my favorite AirBNB during a 12 day trip to Europe (out of 5 stays). At the end of June, Rome is HOT and the AC worked wonderfully. The apartment is decorated so nicely and immaculate. The hosts we so helpful, offering amazing restaurant recommendations and assistance as needed.

From the moment we arrived, our hosts went above and beyond. We were warmly greeted, helped with our bags, and made sure we felt completely settled in after a long day of travel. One of the highlights right off the bat was that our host arranged a table for us at the restaurant just downstairs — a huge relief since we were exhausted and starving. The apartment itself was perfect. The air conditioning was a lifesaver during a brutal heatwave, and everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up. The location in Trastevere is fantastic — full of incredible restaurants and authentic Roman charm, yet still within easy walking or scootering distance to all the major sights. We especially loved strolling along the nearby river in the evenings. A small note for light sleepers: there's a lively little piazza just outside, and music can go late into the night. It didn’t bother us at all, but something to keep in mind if you're sensitive to noise. All in all, I would stay here again!!!

This is a lovely apartment. Well appointed, with excellent air conditioning in the bedrooms (it was sweltering when we were there). The location is great, if right where young people come to hang out at night. And the property manager was extremely helpful and communicative (and a great sleight of hand magician).

We had a truly wonderful stay at this place in Trastevere! From the moment we booked, they were incredibly communicative and helpful. When our flight was unexpectedly cancelled and we arrived a day late, Benjamin and Anna greeted us with warmth—and even a thoughtful bottle of wine to help ease the travel stress. Their local recommendations were spot-on and made our stay even more memorable. The apartment itself is cozy but absolutely perfect. It’s beautifully decorated, well-designed, and makes excellent use of the space. Everything was well-stocked and thoughtfully arranged—we felt right at home. And the location can’t be beat: nestled in the heart of Trastevere, close to amazing restaurants, cafes, and charming streets to explore. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Highly recommend and would return in a heartbeat!

Great place to stay, in the heart of action!! Busy streets and fun place to be. Anna was super accommodating and order us a taxi. Early check in helped a lot!!

What a gem! We spent 5 weeks here (we were in Rome for work) and did not want leave. Caterina’s place is an absolutely perfect stay in Trastevere. Everything is perfect: the location is on top of one of the most photographed and busy Trastevere streets, you are close to literally everything in Rome. You walk to Piazza Navona in 15 minutes, to the Colosseum in 30, to the Vatican in 15. The place is gorgeous, you cannot ask for anymore, truly. And the host is so kind, always available and very responsive. There is a washer and dryer, the kitchen has anything you might need, the shower is awesome and the beds are comfortable. And you also have the most picturesque balcony where to have morning coffee and hang your laundry to dry, if need be. Right downstairs you also have a pharmacy, a bakery with amazing croissants, breads, pizza and focaccia, a small grocery store and all the restaurants and bars your heart desires. We did not want to leave and truly hope to be back some day. Thank you!

We greatly enjoyed staying here! The hosts were fantastic and responsive and it was great recommendations. They were exceptionally friendly as well. The location was great and in the heart of the central area there. The unit was impeccably, clean and comfortable. The air conditioning unit worked well and it was comfortable throughout the day. Definitely looking forward to staying here again.

El alojamiento de Mimi y Coco cumplió plenamente nuestra expectativa, cómodo , práctico, muy limpio, bien ubicado para alojar y también para salir a comer por la noche. Pero la diferencia la hizo nuestra anfitriona Anna. Ella nos esperó en el alojamiento, nos ayudó a ingresar y nos explicó el funcionamiento de todo y nos orientó en los lugares importantes del barrio y sus restaurantes. Incluso nos ayudó a entrar al restaurante que elegimos la primera noche en que llegamos sin colas. Un buen anfitrión hace la diferencia y Anna es la mejor anfitriona que hemos conocido entre muchos alojamientos que hemos contratado. Finalmente la diferencia también en los detalles del alojamiento, bien decorado, equipado y con toda los pequeños detalles que hacen la estadía muy cómoda. Muy recomendable.
